Cosmetic Dentistry

What is cosmetic dentistry?

Cosmetic dentistry is a group of procedures that result in an improvement in the appearance of your teeth. The improvements can be made in color, position, shape, size, alignment, and overall smile appearance. We utilize a variety of approaches to achieve your desired results.

Bonding

Bonding involves the placement of composite material over a tooth. It can solve a variety of issues with spacing, color, and alignment. It can generally be achieved in one appointment.

Veneers

Veneers involve the bonding of an eggshell thickness of porcelain to the front surface of a tooth. It results in dramatic, long term, changes in color, shape, and alignment.

Inlays

A minimally invasive procedure that can often replace crowns, A inlay removes only a minimal amount of tooth structure and replaces it with a porcelain or composite restoration.

Bleaching

In-office bleaching involves a stronger solution than over the counter options and uses a light to control the process and yield faster and more predictable results.

Orthodontics

Orthodontics today can involve either positioning trays or the more traditional wires and brackets. A dental evaluation is required to see if you are a candidate for these procedures.
