As Office Manager at Midway Family Dental, Lexie is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through the door. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, working closely with the team to ensure each visit is organized, welcoming, and focused on whole-body wellness.

After joining Midway Family Dental as a Patient Care Coordinator, Lexie quickly discovered her passion for leadership, systems, and helping patients feel confident throughout their care. She enjoys finding ways to improve office processes while supporting both patients and the team behind the scenes.

​

Lexie earned her Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from Midway University after beginning her college career at the University of Pikeville.

​

Outside the office, Lexie enjoys traveling with her husband, Lee, spending time with family and friends, and making memories with her two pups, Sadie and Rocky.

Erica is our Patient Care Coordinator at Midway Family Dental, where she welcomes patients, coordinates scheduling, and helps ensure every visit is a positive experience from start to finish. She is dedicated to making each patient feel comfortable, valued, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors until they leave with their next appointment scheduled.

 

Erica brings a diverse background in customer service and patient care, with experience as a hairstylist, working in the school system, and in pediatric dentistry. Her passion for helping others and creating meaningful connections has led her to Midway Family Dental, where she enjoys being part of a team that truly puts patients first.

 

Born and raised in Stamping Ground, Kentucky, Erica still calls the community home. She and her high school sweetheart have been married for over 20 years and are proud parents to two children, Nathan and Kaylee. Outside the office, Erica enjoys spending time with her family, date nights with her husband, relaxing by the pool or at the lake, and caring for their family farm alongside their two dogs and two cats.

Breauna is a Dental Assistant at Midway Family Dental, known for her positive energy and commitment to keeping the clinic running smoothly. From seating patients with a smile to maintaining a clean, safe environment, she plays a key role in supporting both our team and our patients.

She first joined MFD as an extern during her dental assisting program and quickly proved to be a perfect fit — joining our team full-time after graduation. Breauna loves the close-knit, family feel of the practice and enjoys connecting with patients and hearing their stories. Her dedication and attention to detail shine through in every chairside appointment.

​

Outside of work, Breauna enjoys spending time with friends and family, relaxing at home with her cats, and tuning into her favorite podcasts.

Crissy is a Dental Hygiene Therapist at Midway Family Dental, where she helps patients understand the vital connection between oral health and whole-body wellness. Her passion is helping families become healthier, one patient at a time.

She joined the team in August 2022 and holds a Laser Certification, added to her license in 2023. Crissy values the commitment Dr. Riley and the practice have to advanced education, like attending AAOSH conferences and staying at the forefront of technology and science to better serve patients.

​

What Crissy loves most about Midway Family Dental is the strong team atmosphere — where working together doesn’t feel like work.

Originally from Canton, Ohio, she moved to Georgetown in 2016 and now calls Kentucky home. Crissy has been married to her high school sweetheart, Josh, for 22 years and is the proud mom of two daughters, Lexie and Rylie. She also shares her home with two lovable labs, Bella and Bentley.

Chelsea is a Dental Hygiene Therapist at Midway Family Dental. She began her dental career in 2012 as a dental assistant and quickly discovered a deep passion for the field. That passion led her to further her education, and she has now been practicing as a hygienist for over three years.

Chelsea loves working in an environment where patient health comes first. She’s inspired by Dr. Riley’s leadership and commitment to biologic, whole-body dentistry — which motivates her to continually grow and deliver compassionate, informed care. She treats every patient like family, guiding them toward better health through education and prevention.

​

Outside the office, Chelsea enjoys hunting and fishing with her husband, spending time with family, tending to her vegetable and flower gardens, and capturing moments with her photography skills.

Leah is a Dental Hygienie Therapist at Midway Family Dental who is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smiles. She believes every patient deserves compassionate, personalized care and strives to create a positive experience while respecting each person's time and individual needs.

Originally from Somerset, Kentucky, Leah recently married her husband and now proudly calls Scott County home. She earned her Associate of Science degree from Somerset Community College before completing her Associate in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene at Bluegrass Community and Technical College.

​

Leah loves being part of the Midway Family Dental team because of its welcoming, close-knit culture and shared commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care. She enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them achieve healthier smiles in a comfortable, family-oriented environment.

Outside the office, Leah enjoys spending time with her husband, relaxing on their patio, thrifting, and listening to country, worship, and pop music.
